This is what a real completed bibliography page looks like. Just move all your citations (references), in alphabetical order, from your bibliography worksheet to a blank page. Notice that each citation is formatted so that every line after the first is bumped in (indented) a half inch. That's called "HANGING INDENTION" and good word processors let you set it up in the format/paragraph/indentation menu. In MS Word, for example, there's a box that says special and a drop down menu that includes hanging. Can't find it? Fake it!
Notice that a few of these citations don't have all of the possible information included in them. That's normal. If some of the information about a source doesn't apply or isn't given, you just leave it out. Make sure you end each citation with a period EXCEPT citations for web sites. (The period messes up the web address, ruining the link.)
